Arkadaşlar merhaba 11mayıs 2013 te ücretsiz kargo olarak 10adet 30CMx3CMx0.3MM Termal Ped siparişi verdim ürün elime geldi yanlız bana gönderdiği ürün Termal ped değil transistor izolatör diye termal pad'e benzeyen madde yollamış.bu üründe işimi görmüyor.mesaj attım satıcıya ama cevap vermedi. Dispute açmak istiyorum ingilizcem çok fazla yeterli değil resimde yollamam mı gerekiyor.Ürününü satıcıya tekrar mı yollamam gerekiyor ?Bu konuda bilgi sahibi olan arkadaşlarımız beni yönlendirirse sevinirim şimdiden teşekkürler.
