bir konuda yardımınızı rica ediyorum.
Ilk kez eBay kullanıyorum, ve ingilizcem az çok yeterli olmasına rağmen anlayamadığım bir sistem mi var diye düşünüyorum.
Satıcının kendi kendine para iadesinden sonra şöyle bir mail aldım,
"This is to notify you that you did not complete your order #xxxxxxxx in which you selected PayPal as your method of payment.
To complete your purchase please:
1. Log into your Rakuten.com account (https://secure.rakuten.com/AC/myaccount.aspx).
2. Click on the order number for which you want to complete the payment transaction.
3. Click on the "Change payment method or re-submit to Paypal" link.
4. Select PayPal from the drop down and click on "Resubmit Information".
5. You will be redirected to the PayPal site where you will log in.
6. Validate the amount, the items you are purchasing, and your ship to address, and then click "Pay".
7. Once PayPal has received your funds you will be redirected back to the Rakuten.com receipt page. Congratulations, you will have completed your order.
Note: we do not accept money sent via the PayPal "Send Money" tab - you must follow the steps above to complete your purchase."
daha sonra ise bu maili görmediğim için kendisine sorduğumda (kargo şirketi sanıyorum rakkuten)
şu cevabı aldım:
"As we previously notified you by email, you never completed your order #75012476 in which you selected PayPal as your method of payment. We regret to inform you that after six hours, your incomplete order had to be automatically cancelled because we cannot leave PayPal orders open indefinitely.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Your PayPal account was never charged for this order.
You can place a new order at any time. "
Şimdi acaba her alışverişte mi böyle olacak yoksa sadece bu satıcı ve kargoya ait bir kısıtlama /guvenlik midir?
